Palm Desert Country Club Executive Course

The City of Palm Desert has received applications for the development of 69 condominium units on 30 acres formerly occupied by the Palm Desert Country Club Executive Course. These applications include a precise plan, conditional use permit, tentative tract map, and environmental assessment. Copies of the development proposal are available on the City’s website and are available at the City’s Community Development Department. Public hearings will be scheduled with the City’s Architectural Review Commission, Planning Commission, and the City Council prior to any new development. All property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed project boundaries will be notified of the public hearings. Based on the applications and the hearing schedule, staff anticipates that public hearings will begin in mid-2017.
